How can I contact the underwriter?
Before contacting Underwriting, be sure to review our Underwriting FAQs here.
We don't assign an underwriter to your case until medical exams and labs arrive. Please keep this in mind when considering the following instructions.
- If the medical exam is not complete / labs have not been received by the Coverpath team (you can check the status of the app in the Clients section), contact Coverpath support via firstname.lastname@example.org (or 1-866-618-7797).
- If the status of the app (visible in the clients section) is Final Underwriting, that means the medical exam labs have been received. If you have underwriting-specific questions at this point, you can contact:

You are also notified via BCC email for important app process milestones. Click here for more details.
We are working on providing more detailed statuses that show more granular information about the state of the app. This will make it even easier for you to clearly see the status and any possible actions to take. The updated statuses will launch soon.
