Gainfully Emails: a tool that enables sending pre-approved emails to clients and warm prospects. Brokers can also use Gainfully to access approved social media content.

The Coverpath platform has become an important tool for advisors to help clients get the coverage they need from the convenience and comfort of their own homes. Establishing a digital presence through email and social media can help advisors stay top of mind with their clients.
Getting Access to Gainfully
Access is granted by the Coverpath team within ten business days after an advisor has logged into Coverpath. Please don’t request access on your own as this can result in advisors having access to Gainfully, but not being permissioned to send campaigns. Gainfully is also available for staff to act as delegates within the platform. For staff to obtain access, please:
- Email email@example.com with the AE # of the person requesting access
- Once access is granted through OKTA, the delegate will need to have an advisor in your agency add them as a Gainfully delegate.
Training for Gainfully is available at the following times:
- For advisors/staff, training is the second and fourth Friday of each month at 2pm ET.
- For brokers, training is the second and fourth Monday each month at 1pm ET.
