The View Application feature lets the advisor and/or proxy go back into the application in a read-only mode. From the time the link has been sent to the client, the advisor will be able to view the application and see the client's answers.
The customer's responses do not update in real time, but the agent/proxy can always go back to their case overview and come back into the application to see the latest changes. Viewing the application will show all the questions in a disabled state and with a message across the top to indicate that the application is in read only mode.
- Log into Coverpath and select Cases at the upper right corner
- Find and hover over your specific case
- Click on the three vertical dots and select View Application
- You can also access this through by selecting your specific case and selecting View Application
