These are the following steps if there is a request to amend an answer provided on an application or any amendment requests prior to the offer.
- Please reach out to the Coverpath support team to initiate the amendment via email (firstname.lastname@example.org), phone (866-957-5347), or the live chat feature on your Coverpath homepage.
- Our Coverpath support team will prepare the amendment document on your behalf and sent over to you via DocUSign to review and make sure all is correct. If there are no changes to be made on the form, you can click on approve.
- This will then trigger the DocUSign to be sent over to the client to sign. The client will access the DocUSign via the last four of their SSN, confirm all is correct, and esign.
