Advisors and staff/proxies can follow any case to receive email updates. (click here to see the types of notifications you can receive).
Click Cases in the top navigation menu to go to your cases center, then click the 3-dot options menu for the case you want to follow. Select Follow case.
A new following icon tells you if you are following that case.
- You (advisors and proxies) automatically follow a case if you created it
- The Client Cases center can be filtered by cases you are following
- You can also bulk follow or unfollow all cases from the new All Cases menu in your cases center
- Bulk follow can be used together with cases center filters to follow cases by producer or status
